I went to the polls in the rain and in pain because I just had
to get there.I believe my ancestors were watching me as I proudly put the sticker on. My father watched evil people lynch and set fire to his great uncle when he was only 6yrs old. Thero are many stories like this in most African-American families, and a few other ethnic groups, and still we rise with love
