Yes, with the exception of our workshops. We service individuals who need to acquire training, educational and counseling services with minimal costs and waiting.
Do you have to possess expert computer skills to utilize your services?
Our clientele must have basic computer proficiency to utilize the Internet and access E-mail and/or have use of a telephone.
Is White Apple Institute promoting specific counseling theories, religions or spiritual doctrines?
No. However, because our clients may need to connect with their knowledge of self and evaluate needs, wants, challenges and purpose it is necessary for our counselors to have a base knowledge of various religious and spiritual doctrines to support rehabilitation of mental, physical and spiritual issues. Our counselors diligently strive to use an eclectic approach to our method of counseling encouraging our clients to become familiar with various counseling theories.
Are there any guarantees that my issues will be resolved?
No. White Apple Institute provides the service of active listening via Online-Internet communications or telephone discussions. It is our responsibility to provide "tools" for our client's self-evaluation & development utilizing our network of resources and extensive library of books and materials. Our counselors encourage self-evaluation and no future services are billed unless our clients agree.
What are the costs and how are they billed?
The billing rates per session are dependent on organizational or individual rates. Prices vary on all books and materials, but they are provided and shipped at a discount that usually cannot be found in stores or other online shopping means. White Apple Institute utilizes PayPal and other safe and insured methods of payment via Internet at our clientele's preference.
